Blackard Global is going through some changes that you might notice starting this week, and it starts with a new name. In an effort to more efficiently organize ourselves, the Blackard organization, under the leadership of CEO Jeffory Blackard, will consist of four primary business units—Development, Construction, Investment Management, and Property Management—under the umbrella of the Blackard Companies.
